What's covered, what's not, and how to make a claim.
Every Putac Motion battery pack is backed by our manufacturer warranty, reflecting our confidence in the quality and safety of our LFP battery technology. This policy describes what is covered, for how long, and how to make a claim.
| Coverage | Duration |
|---|---|
| Manufacturing defects (cells, BMS, casing) | Up to 5 years from date of purchase* |
| Capacity retention (minimum threshold) | As specified on your product warranty card |
| Dead-on-Arrival (DOA) replacement | Within 48 hours of installation |
*Exact warranty duration and terms vary by product model and are confirmed on the warranty card issued at the time of purchase.
To activate full warranty coverage, please ensure your product is registered with the servicing dealer at the time of purchase and that you retain your original invoice and warranty card. Unregistered products may face delays during claim verification.
At our discretion, a valid warranty claim may be resolved through repair, replacement with an equivalent unit, or (in rare cases where neither is feasible) a pro-rated refund based on usage period and remaining warranty term.
Warranty coverage is void if the battery pack is opened, repaired, or serviced by anyone other than Putac Motion or an authorised service partner, or if it is used in an application or vehicle configuration not approved by Putac Motion.
