This Shipping Policy outlines how Putac Motion battery packs are delivered to our authorised dealers and, where applicable, directly to customers.
Putac Motion products are primarily distributed through our authorised dealer network across India. In most cases, you will collect or receive your battery pack directly from your local authorised dealer, who handles final-mile delivery and installation support.

Timelines are estimates and may vary based on location, stock availability, and courier/logistics conditions.
Shipping and logistics charges, where applicable, are communicated by your authorised dealer at the time of order confirmation and depend on your delivery location and order size. Charges are not included in the indicative pricing shown on this Site.
Given the nature of lithium battery products, all shipments are packed and transported in accordance with applicable safety regulations for the transport of lithium-ion/LFP cells, including appropriate labelling, insulation, and handling instructions.
Please inspect your battery pack at the time of delivery for visible damage to the packaging or unit. Any damage should be reported to the delivering dealer immediately and noted on the delivery receipt where possible, and reported to us at info@putacmotion.com within 48 hours.
While we strive to meet estimated timelines, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including courier disruptions, regional restrictions on lithium battery transport, natural events, or force majeure. We will keep you informed of any significant delays through your servicing dealer.
