Intelligent BMS

Our proprietary Battery Management System is the brain of every Putac pack. It monitors every cell in real time and makes hundreds of decisions per second to maximise performance, protect cell health, and prevent failures before they happen.

Fast Charging

Fast charging in EVs is not just about pushing more current — it requires precision management to protect cell chemistry. Our BMS enables true fast charging by dynamically adjusting current based on cell temperature, SoC, and health history.

  • 20% to 80% in 45–90 minutes with a compatible charger
  • Smart taper charging in the final 20% protects top-of-charge cell stress
  • Thermal monitoring prevents heat-induced degradation during fast charge

IP65 Protection

Indian roads are not kind to electronics. Monsoon rain, dust from unpaved roads, vibration from potholes, and temperature swings all degrade cheaper batteries quickly. Every Putac pack is built to survive India as it actually is.
